Honoring “Old Glory” in Indiana

It was truly an honor to help commemorate Flag Day (June 14) at ceremonies in Indiana, pictured above, and in Kittanning. The American flag is one of the world’s most recognizable symbols. It stands for our nation’s founding and the liberties we enjoy thanks to the foresight of some of the world’s greatest thinkers — who forged a nation like no other before or since.

District Offices Up and Running

6/10/19 - Senator Pittman Discusses His District Offices

As part of my commitment to make access to state services as convenient as possible for my constituents, I am using the same three District Offices that were used by Senator Don White. Audio

My local offices include the Indiana County District Office at 618 Philadelphia Street in Indiana (Phone: 724-357-0151); the Armstrong County District Office at 109 South Jefferson Street in Kittanning (Phone: 724-543-3026); and, the Westmoreland County District Office at 3950 William Penn Highway, Suite 1, in Murrysville (Phone: 724-327-2422).

My district offices have one purpose, to ensure that all of my constituents receive the state services they deserve. That means helping people on a case-by-case basis and cutting through bureaucracy and red tape.

By contacting any of my offices, constituents can receive state forms for PACE and the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program; state transportation and fishing maps; and, assistance with PENNDOT, welfare and other state-related matters.

Enjoy Our Local Fairs

One of the best parts of summer is the opportunity to spend the day at one of our local fairs. Several of these great events will be held in our area over the next few weeks: Big Butler Fair (now through July 6); Dayton Fair (August 11-17); Westmoreland Fair (August 16-24); Indiana Fair (August 25-31); Ox Hill Fair (September 1-7); and Green Township (Cookport) Fair (September 8-14).

I encourage everyone to come on out with your friends and neighbors and enjoy a local fair.
