This morning state Sen. Joe Pittman and State Rep. Jim Struzzi will be discussing the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) when they speak to the PA Manufacturers’ Association and the PA Chamber of Business and Industry at their monthly business briefing.
The meeting begins at 10:30 a.m. today, Sept. 27, and will be livestreamed on Rep. Struzzi’s Facebook page.
