The Senate Environmental Resources & Energy Committee will consider a letter to the Independent Regulatory Review Commission formally opposing the Governor’s mandate that Pennsylvania join the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), according to Senator Joe Pittman, who serves as the committee’s vice chairman.
Consideration of the letter will take place at a meeting set for 10 a.m., Wednesday (August 18), in Room 461 of the Main Capitol, Harrisburg.
